Shipping And Returns
Included in the price of the badges is free shipping within the mainland U.K; for smaller runs this will be via Royal Mail first class or second class, larger runs will be sent via courier. For Highlands, Islands and N.I there can be additional costs if we need to use a courier to send your items.
We will always advise you of any additional postage costs prior to starting an order.
We will always acommodate any postage needs you have- if you need badges in a hurry you can pay extra for first class or next day delivery
Printed garments and other items are sent via courier, normally UPS or TNT and should arrive the next business day after being sent.
The price of P&P will be added to the quote we send you at the time of ordering.
As with all bespoke merchandise we cannot accept a return on items that are unsold or that you decide you do not need or like after purchasing. It is imperative you are happy with the proofs we send you and that all artwork is finalised before going to print.
That being said, if you receive items that are defective in any way then we will be happy to replace or credit you for the items.
